Finding the rhythm
We started by shooting 39 videos in a single day and posting across three months. It worked, but it didn’t let us iterate fast enough. After two rounds we pivoted: monthly shoots, interviews, cafe spotlights, content built for reach. That’s what brought the eyeballs.
