Finding the rhythm

We started by shooting 39 videos in a single day and posting across three months. It worked, but it didn’t let us iterate fast enough. After two rounds we pivoted: monthly shoots, interviews, cafe spotlights, content built for reach. That’s what brought the eyeballs.

Making it whole

Once we folded the Coffee on Cue story into the viral content and made it properly about coffee, it clicked. The personal brand and the business stopped being two things.
