Who do you work with, and where do we start?
We work with founders and businesses who know they should be showing up with content but haven’t cracked how to do it well. Industry doesn’t matter much. We’ve done coffee, cyber security, tech, education and plenty in between. What matters is there’s a real person with a story worth telling. We start by working out the most important problem to solve right now, the one thing that’ll help your prospects decide faster. Everything we make comes from that.
I’m not a natural on camera. Can this still work?
Almost no one is, and that’s exactly what we’re here for. A lot of our best work comes from simply interviewing you, drawing the good stuff out through conversation rather than making you perform. You talk, we listen, and we pull the story out of you. We’ve also worked in film, TV, voiceover and acting for well over a decade, so getting people to show up as their best, most authentic selves on camera is the craft we know inside out. You’ll never have to memorise a line. Depending on what we’re making, we’ll either write the script for you, feed you the dialogue, or set you up on a teleprompter, whatever makes you most comfortable. And we bring all the tools, tips and tricks we’ve picked up over the years to take the pressure off. Most people relax within minutes and forget the camera’s even there.
How much of my time will this take?
Less than you’d think. If it’s content we are shooting, we shoot a month’s worth of content in half a day, so you’re not constantly stopping to film. We handle the planning, the ideas, the direction, the editing and everything after. You show up, share what you know, and get on with running your business. That one shoot day a month is really the only time we need from you.
Do you just hand me the videos, or do you handle everything?
We handle everything. This is done for you, properly. We come up with the ideas, direct you on the day, edit it all together, then write the captions, do the hashtag research, and schedule and post it for you. You’re as involved as you want to be, but if you’d rather just turn up and leave the rest to us, that’s exactly how it’s built to work.
Will this actually bring in leads, or is it just nice-looking content?
Nice-looking content that does nothing is a waste of everyone’s time. We build content to do a job, whether that’s reach, authority or turning attention into enquiries. We’re honest that brand building isn’t an overnight switch, but the founders we work with get real results: serious reach, recognition, speaking gigs, and leads that close faster because the trust is already there. Why work with you instead of hiring in-house or just using AI?
Because the whole thing lives or dies on having someone who knows how to pull the story out of you, sit with you in your business, and make you look and sound your best. AI can help around the edges, but it can’t interview you, read the room, or know when something’s gold and something’s flat. Hiring in-house means finding, training and paying that person in each specialty, then hoping they’re any good. We bring the system, the experience and the storytelling from day one. Our background is in narrative filmmaking, so telling stories that actually land is the thing we do.
Do I own the footage we create?
You get full, ongoing use of everything we create for you. In most cases that’s an exclusive, unending licence, so the footage is yours to use however and whenever you like, for as long as you like, and no one else can touch it. On top of the finished videos, you build up a growing library of footage of your business, your people and your work that you can draw on for years. Even if someone else makes your videos down the track, you’ve got a vault of great material to pull from. It’s an asset that outlasts the project.
What are the ways to work with you?
Two. Done for you, where we run the whole thing end to end and you just show up and deliver. And consulting, where we help you build the strategy, systems and skills to do more of it in-house. Most people start with done for you, and we’ll point you to whichever actually fits where you’re at.
