OVERVIEW
Technetics came to us with a good problem. They'd been around a long time, done remarkable work, and built relationships with some seriously high-profile clients, but almost none of it was on the record anywhere. A few Google reviews, a few words on the site, and that was it. They wanted to start telling the story properly, to show the calibre of the work and the clients who trust them. So we set out to build a suite of client films that does exactly that.








the challenge
The brief was six client testimonial videos, built to live in pitch decks, presentations and on the site, each one adding real authority to the Technetics name. The harder part was the storytelling. Technetics works with deeply technical, scientific people, and getting warm, human, on-camera stories out of that world is not a given. The challenge was to draw out the real narrative behind each engagement, not just a list of services, even when the subject would rather talk in specifications than feelings.
THE APPROACH
We ran a full brief before every shoot, so we walked into each interview knowing exactly what was going on with that client and exactly which questions would open them up. That prep is what let us go beyond "Technetics did great work" and get to the real story: where the client started, what they were up against, how Technetics helped them through it, and what it's opened up for them since. It was also a real trust exercise. Technetics handed us their clients and let us run the room, and we made sure every one of those rooms delivered. The final suite is a genuine asset, and the work is ongoing. Six stories down, more to come, each one giving Technetics a stronger, more human way to show what they do and who they do it for.
