HOSPITALITY
2025
OVERVIEW
Coffee on Cue set out to reinvent workplace coffee, and their flagship café inside Jones Lang LaSalle's Melbourne Office at 101 Collins Street is the proof. We came in to put it on film. Ryan and the team have been clients for a while now, so we knew the brand inside out, and we knew this one mattered. It was their first café and their most ambitious, so the film had to feel as considered as the space itself.

the challenge
The café was spectacular, so the film had to be too. The brief was a cinematic piece, something that felt as grand and as crafted as the room itself, without losing the people at the heart of it. The real challenge was balance. We wanted the scale and polish the space deserved, sitting alongside honest accounts of why the place works and what it means to the people behind it.
THE APPROACH
We ran a full brief before every shoot, so we walked into each interview knowing exactly what was going on with that client and exactly which questions would open them up. That prep is what let us go beyond "Technetics did great work" and get to the real story: where the client started, what they were up against, how Technetics helped them through it, and what it's opened up for them since. It was also a real trust exercise. Technetics handed us their clients and let us run the room, and we made sure every one of those rooms delivered. The final suite is a genuine asset, and the work is ongoing. Six stories down, more to come, each one giving Technetics a stronger, more human way to show what they do and who they do it for.
